For me I have defo sinned and for worse sins than by condemning people to hell. @Abbé Jean-Marie du Divin Coeur de Jésus may or may not be a priest, I think many of that poster's comments are wrong and a lot of times obviously someone who is not St. Thomas Aquinas, but an ongoing campaign attacking the person rather than what they say is bullying and I abhor bullying, especially when it appears to be someone who maybe challenged. Most likely the poster is blocked so as not to be able to answer @English Catholic directly, thats bullying. However, I once called out CatholicDoors (and, make no mistake, @English Catholic correct, it is the same poster) for an absurd post of his, and in a subsequent comment (later deleted) he assured me that I was condemned to Hell. I'm pretty sure that making the effort to identify a previous poster who is now posting under a different name is a bit less "bullying" than pronouncing someone's condemnation to Hell. Along similar lines, @Ultraviolet had resumed posting under a different name (which was a feminine name which I cannot recall that may have been her actual name), and I kind of miss her.

Well, based on what was said in the first paragraph, the authors of the document, if I understood them correctly, still reached a consensus that Francis, being a public and notorious heretic, fell away from the Church according to Divine Law. The only difficulty (noted in the second paragraph) is the question of how to remove a heretic (who has already fallen away from the Church) from the position he occupies. It seems to me that despite the difficulty noted, consensus on the first point is important.
