I’m happy for these responses. No one talks about “Offering it up” anymore, not even for their loved ones. It used to be part of the catechism, part of the Sunday sermons. It truly makes the burden worthwhile and is good to meditate on. Thank you.

Our Lord accepted the cup of Consummation in the Garden of Olives. He didn't like it either and probably was tired of it after sweating blood for three hours. But that is the example we are to follow. God grant us the Grace to accept the suffering he sends us for His Greater honor and Glory and the salvation of our souls!
